We offer 60 minute work shop style events in house at your company's office. We can do these in small or larger group settings depending on your focus. We have 2 main workshops: 1) Work station ergonomics and how posture effects concentration. 2) Simple practical neuro regulating exercises to help you calm your nervous system in times of stress. We also offer an ongoing program to help with burnout prevention and accurate decision making processing.
